So there's my updated schedule. I find free periods mostly a waste of time and so I believe I only have two, both of which coincide with my little brother's. I've also made it so that we have classes together so that I may keep an eye on him.

Yes, little brother, I am watching you. It's for your own good, and at least this way we'll be able to spend more time together. It's what you wanted anyway.

I should probably tell Loz that I've returned as well...

So much for later.

I'm surprised Kadaj hasn't tried to contact me since I've returned. I was informed by ShinRa that they were going to let my brothers know of my return, but I have no messages, so somehow I doubt the message has been relayed.

I'll try calling. Hopefully Kadaj will have signal wherever he is.

Unpacking

I hadn't packed much to begin with, so unpacking was laughably easy when I returned to my dorm room. I found that Sephiroth's things have been removed, and another person's belongings have replaced my older brother's.

I'm not displeased by the fact that he's gone. Perhaps he got called back to Shin-Ra as well. Perhaps. I can't find it in myself to wonder where he is because he's out of my way and I am out of his shadow now that he's gone.

I didn't see Kadaj on my way here... I don't know why I think that he would know I have returned. I doubt Rufus would bother himself with such tedious things as playing messenger to my ototo.

I'll look for him later. For now, I have to speak to an advisor about rearranging my schedule...

Returning to Dusk Academy

What a completely wasteful and useless venture returning to Shin Ra Corp labs had been. Blood drawn here, tests run there, and altogether an utter waste of time. It was to Yazoo, anyway… Lips curved downward to form a deep frown of distaste as Yazoo leaned into the palm of his hand, the train jarring every now and then from when it hit a rough spot in the tracks.

At least he was finally on his way back to Dusk Academy. Rufus had announced to the middle remnant some months ago(or weeks, Yazoo couldn’t remember since it was hard to compute the passage of time without a clock or windows to see the outside; neither were present in his cell back at the labs) that Yazoo was to return to Shin Ra for some ‘brief diagnostics.’

Brief.

What an absolute joke. Yazoo already felt a great deal of disdain for the President, being that he held quite a bit of power over his brothers. Well, Kadaj, Loz, and himself anyway. Sephiroth was an entirely different matter. Sephiroth always received special treatment for being an excellent SOLDIER, and it was common knowledge at Shin Ra that the younger Jenova boys only had a fraction of Sephiroth’s various traits, and thusly had been dubbed ‘remnants.’

Back to the point, though, Yazoo now filed the sleek, blond-haired CEO under the category of ‘liar.’

Yazoo didn’t suffer dishonesty very well from anyone, the only exception being Kadaj. Yazoo sighed at the thought of his little brother. He was almost certain that Kadaj would give Yazoo a thorough tongue-lashing for being away for so long. It wasn’t his fault that Yazoo had been absent, but Kadaj didn’t bother trying to make a correlation between certain facts to come to a logical conclusion. If Kadaj already had an idea in his head, he stuck to it, even if evidence strongly suggested otherwise.

Yazoo shook his head and sighed once more, laying his head ack against the head rest of his seat and dozed. He would be back with his brothers soon.
